When  We hike mostly on Sundays with informal hikes organized on other days

Where         We hike a variety of trails from the local Cowichan Valley to other exciting locations all over southern Vancouver Island. Also some multi day events are organized from time to time.

Who Everyone is welcome. Most Sundays we have 2 or 3 levels of hikes to choose from.

	Membership	Membership is open to anyone who wishes to hike on a regular basis and fees are $10.00 per annum.
